PRANAWAYU YOGA
Pranawayu yoga is created by I Ketut Bandiastra. It is very similar to Vinyasa flow yoga and focuses on awareness and energy inside the body. The exercises provide balance and stimulate free energy flow in the body. The intent is to balance and interconnect the energy in order to relate to the ultimate energy source.
KUNDALINI YOGA
Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. It is called the 'Yoga of awareness'. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul and awaken your creative potential.
